Comprised of professionals who are credentialed in their area of expertise and have experience at the top of their respective industries, our leadership team works in tandem with the leadership of affiliates to provide strategic, tactical and administrative support to partner agencies.

Development and Marketing

The Development & Marketing Division encompasses the fund development and external relations functions for Wingspan Care Group and its affiliate partners. The Development team manages fund development campaigns such as annual funds and capital campaigns as well as securing financial support for key agency priorities. The fund development function includes grant writing and management for both private and public funding entities. In addition to securing funds vital to the operations of Wingspan and its affiliate partners, the Development team manages each agency brand and associated items such as website, social media and marketing collateral. Agency special events also are managed by the Development Division.

Facilities and Support Services

The Facilities and Support Services Division provides services related to the daily operations of all Wingspan Care Group buildings and properties for its affiliate partners. The division works cooperatively with appropriate agency staff to ensure facility compliance with credentialing bodies and to assist with identified priorities to ensure that all agencies are able to fulfill their respective missions. The array of services encompasses office moving and furnishing services, housekeeping and laundry for residential programs, food and nutrition, maintenance including landscaping and snow removal, construction oversight. 


The Finance Division provides a full portfolio of financial services to Wingspan Care Group and each of its affiliates. The Finance Division maintains and supports the fiscal responsibilities of the agency through accurate accounting and financial compliance. In addition, the division collaborates with the President, Executive Directors, and various stakeholders throughout the agency to deliver the financial support and business advisory services that are needed to ensure operations are maintained financially sustainable. Services provided consist of budgeting/planning, treasury management, financial reporting and compliance, billing/collections, grants management, accounts payable, investments management, and payroll processing.

Human Resources

The Human Resources Division manages all employee centered activities including talent acquisition, HR operations, compliance and management of Total Rewards, the agencies’ benefits program for Wingspan Care Group and its affiliate partners. The talent acquisition team supports the attraction, recruitment and onboarding processes for all positions while the HR operations and compliance team function develops and enforces personnel policies, and provides guidance to supervisors regarding performance management matters. The Total Rewards function develops and administers employee benefits, retirement, and wellness programs towards employee retention goals.

Information Technology

The IT Division partners with our affiliate leadership and their teams to provide technological solutions which they leverage to improve clinical outcomes and ultimately the overall client experience.  A major goal of the IT Division is to protect the privacy of individuals' health information while allowing our partner affiliates to adopt new technologies to improve the quality and efficiency of patient care. We achieve this through offering an array of services that we align with our affiliate’s strategic goals and objectives.  Our service catalogue encompasses the electronic health record (EHR); revenue cycle management, financial and human resource systems, clinical interfaces, and content management.  Our objectives are to provide a stable technology environment for the smooth operations of our affiliate organizations while positioning the enterprise to take advantage of future state technologies such as augmented reality, artificial intelligence, and robotic process automation. 

Risk Management

The Legal and Risk Management team provides direction and oversight for the regulatory compliance and oversight of all licenses, accreditations and certifications. The legal team is responsible for agency contracting, payor/provider enrollment including Medicaid and Medicare, agency licensure and all legal services needed to support Wingspan and its affiliate partners.


Wingspan Care Group boasts a robust research function that assist the agency and its affiliates in understand the market place as well as program outcomes. Using business and health-related data management and analytics, the research team ensures fidelity to evidence based programs, validates modalities, and completes environmental scans.

Safety and Security

In coordination with the Facilities Division, Wingspan’s Safety and Security team provides onsite emergency management, environment of care, and life safety services. On premise security is provided by both Wingspan Care Group staff as well as through contracted services under the guidance of our team.
